imagick broken - maybe mod_chroot

Well after hours of mucking around in the source code and other files, I discovered the solution.

In /chroot I made the directory /chroot/usr/lib/ImageMagick-6.5.5/ and copied the files from /usr/lib/ImageMagick-6.5.5/

After restarting apache it works fine.
