Divs get screwed up and not in place in IE6

Hello there,

 

I have my CSS layout working in FF1.5to3, IE7&8. But in IE6 it is all out of whack, can this be fixed?  The transparencies I am working on.

Also the instances of Highslide with SlideShowPro loading in (the green boxes are links), SlideShowPro doesn't load at all. But everything works in FF1.5to3, IE7&8??
