CSS Height Issues content areas *please help*

im having a height issue. The layout deffinately exceeds 100% by defualt with the way the footer area is laid out on that, which is fine its the way they want the footer. However. I can't figure out where im mucking this up.

Anyone wanna take a stab and tell where where I am mucking it up preventing the main content wrap (#contentWrap) from stretching past the initial 100% of the browser upon load. I've tried min-height:100% on the HTML and BODY as well as in the contentWrap itself, and no change..

 

If anyone could please help that would be great.. im sure its something simple that im just missing, but im missing it and its driving me insane...
