How to get polygon from point which is inside of polygon - MapServer; MySQL

Hello,

I'm a new with mapserver, so could you help me to sold my problem.

I have mysql database contain 2 table

jos_map_commune50 (id,idcommune,name,area, SHAPE_Length, SHAPE_Area, ogc_geom) and

jos_point_test (id, lat, lng)

 

The ideal is that: base map is commune, we can add, delete, update a point onto map via update new point into database.

 

My question is: how can i know what commune the point belong?
