How to get plurals and derivations from stem word?

Hi,

 

I need to get the plural and derivations from stem word for english and french language

 

eg:

 

For word 'work' (Stem) I need to get 'Works', 'Working',...

 

It can be done in two ways:

 

1. With help of some algo..

2. Using some dictionary

 

I will prefer to do it with the second option...

Please suggest some algo or dictionary which I can use to do this task....
