I have introduced an e-mail submission form to my website. The coresponding php file is called mailer.php. Everything worked perfectly until I changed the webserver the file was on. Now the submission form does not work anymore. I get an "access denied" message from my web browser. The error code is "403 - Forbidden".

Somebody has an idea why? And much more important: How to solve it...

Thanks ahead
