Also one of my concerns was the load times. I would try and do something similar to those on the right hand side as well. The images were slow to load. Perhaps you could lower the dpi. I noticed you had the small t-shirt ad at 96 (I usually use 72 as my standard for web). Also, I must say I did not like the Flash animation. The idea is cool, but it seemed jittery. Even when I had my mouse hovering it, the artwork was trying to scurry away. But if you fixed that small problem, it could really be a plus to your site. I hope that helps.
