CJ Domain Whois V1.0

I think there is a pretty simple solution to this like #html id title

but where would I put it in the php script?

I'm using CJ Domain Whois V1.0 and when someone searches a domain it goes to the top of my page and then when the page is done loading they need to scroll down and check out the domain available or taken results. I want them to be able to taken to the results when its done checking.

 

Does anyone know how I can do this? Im assuming I have to stick a title="something" where I want them to be brought to then a #something in the php script somehwere.
