proggR
I generally use Dev C++ to write and compile my C++ code for class. I was just about to install it but I remembered how large it is, roughly 2GB. The laptop I'm using for class notes has a 16GB SSD and only 8GB available. I could install it anyway because I won't be using this for anything but schoolwork but I was wondering if there's any other space-saving options available. I also need to install a COBOL environment and probably database software (I'm not sure which we're using yet). I do have lab computers for our labs but I like to work during class if I can. Anyway. Hopefully someone knows of some alternatives. Thanks in advance for any help. seventheyejosh
I'd get something like this http://www.geteasypeasy.com/index.php and use a simple text editor to write and the g++ compiler to compile. proggR
That looks really sweet. The only problem is I also have a VisualBASIC as well. It looks really clean though. I'll definitely be considering it since most of the VB stuff I'm sitting at a lab computer anyway. Thanks for the reference.
