is_user_logged_in use in Wordpress

Hello all.

 

I'm trying to mod a popup plugin for Wordpress called wp popup scheduler.

 

It lacks the ability to show the popup to non-members only.  I wold like to add this with the is_user_logged_in tag built into Wordpress.

 

2 days of frustrations and no luck.  It seems so easy.  Less than 100 characters of code total I bet.

 

Anyone want to take a crack at it if I post the original plugin code?
