Ok this is what I have so far. I have an SMF forum for my company now I need to add to this a mentioning program. It does not matter if it is not actually part of the SMF forum and runs as a separate application on the server. What need to happen is the manager of an area will register himself/herself and select staff members from their department that they will be mentioning and uplifting into what they do.
