I have tried searching on Google for something like this but only came up with this http://www.mentorscout.com/

 

Now I am looking for something like this to run a php web based mentioning program for my managers.

 

Ok this is what I have so far. I have an SMF forum for my company now I need to add to this a mentioning program. It does not matter if it is not actually part of the SMF forum and runs as a separate application on the server.

 

What need to happen is the manager of an area will register himself/herself and select staff members from their department that they will be mentioning and uplifting into what they do. So they need to be able to setup programs (as in tasks) that they will be running each month with each selected staff member .
