If this is the wrong forum, I apologize. I'm not sure what I'm trying to accomplish is actually called..

How could I set up a network of websites kind of? Like.. I want to be able to contro from one source all of the websites.

For example, MySpace can change their format/design and it affects all of the users profiles. Well, is there a way to do that, but on entirely different websites?

To expand further.. Website A is making other websites for other people, but every now and then they want to show the same picture on all of the ones they've made? But it's really more than that too.. say there was like, an arrow pointing somewhere on the picture saying "Click me I'm a virus!!" is there a way people could click on it, and then all of the clicks count from Website A.. like website A controls them.. or website A gets credit for them.. tracks them... i don't know..

Obviously, I'm not making a website with a picture that says click me I'm a virus, but it's the best I could come up with.

I wish I didn't have to be so confusing and lost, but it looks like I'll be trying to code/script/program/design (could someone explain the difference please?) because I couldn't afford the quotes I was getting from people, but I don't want to pass up this idea.
