need help with a big part of site

hi my site had a video tut section were you clicked a link and it went to the videos page but it was tacking to much time to creat ever page so i went looking for a better way to do it and i found a option that uses java script

well it was working great but all the videos were is a drop down menu that used the code bellow

but as i seed that was a drop down box i wonted my members to see all videos so i tryed to change it to cheek box'e heres the code i used

and well that is not working i have created my sites template in dw if that has any thing to do with it but
