I would like to make a smart search, and return relevant information. SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS *, MATCH(artist, song, album) AGAINST ('$q' IN BOOLEAN MODE) as score FROM mp3 WHERE MATCH( `artist`, `song`, `album` ) AGAINST ('$q' IN BOOLEAN MODE) AND `status` = '2' ORDER BY score DESC The above doesn't return the relevant information that I would like it to return. Any suggestions on how to make my search even more accurate than it is? Or are you after features like stemming? or do you want to adjust ft_min_word_len o enable indexing of words with smaller lengths?
