Below is the scenario: There are two drop-down list: Drop-down list 1 Branch: Branch 1, Branch 2, Branch 3 Drop-down list 2 Month :January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, Novembr, December Button: Submit User have to select both drop-down list items from the two drop-down list and then click the "Submit" button. After click the button, a table with the layout as below will be displayed. Hope someone could help me out. Thanks in advance.
