I am very new to working with PHP and I am trying to set up a wordpress blog on my site that I already have built out.  I am working on it slowly, so please, any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting back a parse error on line 1 of my code...not sure where to find it.

<?php posts_nav_link('','','« Previous Entries') ?>
<?php posts_nav_link('','Next Entries »','') ?>

... your missing semi-colons here...

this should work..

<?php posts_nav_link('','','« Previous Entries'); ?>
<?php posts_nav_link('','Next Entries »',''); ?>
