php form variables, can they fill a pdf form and email it as an attachment?

I've been searching for days for a solution to this:  I have a form on our site that customers fill out, I have all the variables from the form and it emails both us for the order and the customer for the confirmation number (I modified Formmail.php rather heavily to do this)

Now I want to use those variables to also fill out a pdf document (already has fields on it) and email that pdf as an attachment to us along with the order sheet previously generated.

In my searches I've found VeryPDF (which looks like non-english development) and Koivi and neither one look quite like they will work.

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, it looked like the closest to what I am trying to find.
