otuatail
I have just seen a football website where you can enter your name and make a comment on the football match. When you move your mouse over the NAME textbox, the border goes to a thick border and the background changes to yellow. The same happens for the comment which is a textarea. This is a mouse over event but how do I do this in CSS. I use a separate CSS file instead of inline. Any help TIA Desmond.
