PHP Not Loading Extensions

I've just setup Apache 2.2, PHP 5.2.8, and MySQL 5.1. I did an install of phpMyAdmin, but I'm seeing some errors related to PHP extensions not loading: mbstring & mcrypt. I've got the extension directory specified in php.ini, and the lines for the extensions to load. I do not have any additional copies of the dll files from previous installations.

 

Here is what it looks like:

extension=php_bz2.dll

extension=php_mysql.dll

extension=php_mysqli.dll

extension=php_zip.dll

extension=php_mcrypt.dll

extension=php_mbstring.dll

 

Can anyone help??
