Integrating with Beanstream

I have a Canadian customer that needs to process credit cards on their site (which I have built, and incorporated a custom cart)  I need to integrate with the Beanstream Gateway (that TD Canada uses).  Problem is, I do not know where to begin.  I have my test account set up with them, along with test pass and fail accounts. 

 

Anybody have suggestions on where to begin.  If you want access to the manual, I have the pdf if it would help you.
