This journal is published every quarter, and has multiple articles in each release. 2. Users should be able to submit their stories to the editor for consideration. 3. If someone wants to read/download stories online, they should be able to pay online (maybe through paypal to start with) Examples are: http://www.biomedres.org/journal/ http://www.saudiannals.net/ It is really urgent. would love early replies.
