Http Post from Application

First of all, apologies if this is in the wrong area..

 

I have a problem I can't solve, at the minute I have a solution where a user can upload a file using a HTML page. What I need to do is bypass this and get some PHP script that will simply accept the file and store in a folder. The details for the URL etc will be held securely inside an application, so noone will know what is being accessedd, so I'm not too fussed about file type security etc, I need to be able to call the PHP on our server from a VB application, pass it the filename(s) (there may be 3), and upload them..

 

I have trawled the web looking for sample, but can't see what I am after..
