Inserting video locations to db

i have a website www.reefvids.com

 

Basically it provides you with embed code to embed on my website i am creating.

 

Now when i add a product i want to have a section on the form where i can paste the embed code for the video location, i then want to save the location within my db product table.

 

Then i want to echo it out and hopefully embed the video

 

Any help as to how to get started would be fantastic.
