cURL with ZenCart

I am using ZenCart with the UPS XML shipping Module and it's having an issue connecting to the UPS server and it's kicking back a cURL error:

 

Error from cURL: Error [77]: error setting certificate verify locations:
  CAfile: /usr/local/share/curl/curl-ca-bundle.crt
  CApath: none

 

I am not too sure what this means, but I have a sneaking suspicion that it may have something to do with not having a security certificate installed on the server.

 

But any help would be greatly appreciated to shed some light on this error.
