Position Image bottom right, even if user changes desktop dimensions?

Dependless on what browser/resolution a user has this image will displayed in buttom right hand corner

also, fixed is an option.  not sure how cross-browser friendly it is, but it's just something else for you to look into.

Actually, fixed is the only way to do it - I was wrong in my original post.

 

Position fixed is mostly cross-browser friendly. It doesn't work in IE6 though.
