Search ODBC and pull up some information

Hi,

I guess my question is one the most common questions that everybody can have.

 

I have a ODBC Access database with 1 table and 9 Column and I have my local database and stuff, Along with my other pages that I have I need to create a page call report.php and I need 2 or 3 fields in it, and everyone of them search different cloumn, So if I type a First name in the first name Coumn it search my Database and bring up everyone with with that firstname but show me his full information(all 9 columns) So If i need to change anything or see his phone umber or whatever I can do there.

 

I know its a general question but I dono where to start from? Or Anybody knows any script that I can modify???

 

Any help would be a treasure for me!!
