[mysql] default-character-set=utf8 in my.ini didn't work for Server characterset

In the image above I have set up Db, Client and Conn characterset: to utf8 but The Server Characterset don't know how to configure to utf8 from latin1.

 

Once I have put under [mysql] in my.ini

default-character-set=utf8, It changed the DB, and CLient characterset which were set to latin1 now they are as utf8 but I still have to set the Server Characterset to utf8.

 

Help please..
