Masked download link/activation link

Hi everybody.

 

I have one idea, and I draw all the plan, there is "just missing" - realization. Here is the picture:

What I need is that files that user request are masked (through MySQL/without it/some other method...), then forwarded to user (web-page). In the same time, activation link is sent to me on my e-mail. When I click on activation link, user can download the file through that masked link (he can never discover universal activation code or knew original download location of requested file).

*and yes, masked code links are random for every session (for every download!)
