liamloveslearning Posted December 27, 2009 Share Posted December 27, 2009 Hi everybody, I recently purchased my own dedicated server to for a web project im working on, Im a complete beginner with this sort of stuff and I'm about to read up on upgrading php, currently my server runs PHP Version 5.1.6 but I want to upgrade to 5.2.9. Im curious, when I upgrade PHP will it effect any files currently hosted on my server or corrupt anything as such? Excuse my naivity, thanks for any advice!
