save as dialog box error in php

Hi,

 

I am using the following code to save the SQL file, it nicely works on firefox, but not in IE7

in ie7, some sql files are saving but some couldnt, i have some arabic fonts in sql file, whether that might be the problem, ??? but the same one working in firefox fine.
