Tandem
I'm moving my site from a local test server to a 'real' server, and i want to import a database to my new mysql server. I understand that i have to create dump text files to re-create the database and tables in the new server but i don't know how to do it. Btw i only ever used the command line client on my local server, and the new server i must use phpmyadmin, and all the google searches i can find are for phpmy admin. Could someone please tell me how to do this?Any help is appreciated
.josh
think you want to look into mysqldump or you can install phpmyadmin on your local server and do it through there. installing phpmyadmin isn't really that hard.
