I need the menu bar to stretch the width of the browser window, whilst keeping the menu items in the centre of the screen, but left aligned to start flush with the main content area. If no CSS file is found, or if the user chooses to display the menu/page using no formatting, the menu should just appear as a simple bullet point list, with indented bullets for the sub menu.
