Keep Div/Layer within top of Layer as page scrolls ???

Hi All,

 

If you look at the link below you will see a floating layer on the right of the page which contains a music player and playlist app!

 

I'm not interested in the app but just replicating the functionality of the floating layer its on using JavaScript or and CSS;

Ideally i want this floating layer to stay at the top while the page is scrolled, within a specified div and not just float from a specified height from the top of the page!
