link from a insert form to last page of recordset

Help please. 

 

I have a forum, when someone adds a reply to a topic from my "add_reply" page, It inserts the reply from a form into my DB.  How do I set up a  link from the insert form, so that it takes them to the "view_posts" page and shows the last record of my query?(the one they just inserted).

 

Do I need to add it to the link itself?, or is it something I add in my mysql query?
