If page form doesn't load redirect to a back up form page...is this possible?

Hello,

I have been researching about this without finding an answer and I need help. We have an embedded form page that sometimes takes too long to load because the form server has delays. It doesn't happen much but I would like to know if there is a code I could use to forward the user to a different form page if the page takes more than 5 seconds to load.
