My client wants have a free section and then have a premium level, in which the user can pay if they want to have access to it. So far i have managed to separate both the free and premium levels using php. Now i'm trying to get them to be able to pay and upgrade or cancel their paid membership. My client is using authorize.net as their merchant, i have looked over API and realized that its the ARB api that i will be using for this application. I have looked over the code and several examples/tutorials on the web on how to integrate the ARB API. Right now i'm using the code used on this website http://www.merchant-account-services.org/article/authorize-net-php-recurring-billing-api The only issue is that i'm not 100% sure were to go from here. I have the code, i have the membership code and upgrade page as well as the check out page, but what now? How can i test it to make sure its working and how would i know that it will be a recurring payment? mga_ka_php Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 i have an experience with authorize.net but if you want the authorize.net to handle the recurring billing. i'm not there yet, because we have our own script which handles the recurring billing and i cron to run the script every midnight.
