need a rss , atom script

i want to make an rss reader web site and I want a script that has been written in php. I've tried several sources but they had some problems .

 

I want a simple rss reader that it can retrieve the "title, desciption " and the images that have been used in the content .

 

please help me , It has been a long time that I'm looking for it .
