Anyone know anything about PayPal IPN?

I'm having a little trouble with PayPal's Instant Payment Notification.

 

I've got an IPN script which receives the data from paypal, sends in back and then receives confirmation (this is the correct way to handle it) but I'm not having any luck with executing code after the payment is confirmed.

 

I'm not even sure my IPN script is being called at all because I don't receive the error emails that I'm supposed to if there is a problem.

 

I've activated IPN in my PayPal account and I've set the 'notify_url' hidden field in my original form but I still don't seem to be seeing any activity from my IPN script.

 

If anyone has an experience with IPN or has a suggestion, it would be greatly appreciated! I've been trying to figure this out for some time now and I haven't made any progress
