Adding an accounting program or merchant to Gpix Pixel Ad Script

I downloaded Gpix Pixel Ad Script. This program has an automatic paypal process which is great but if you want to process credit cards you have to do it manually. I would really like to implement a merchant to process the orders automatically. I would also like a program that can  do the accounting in the background whether it be on the server or on my pc. I thought maybe i can find something that covers both these issues. Does anyone have any suggestions for a merchant or accounting program that can handle this? If so how would i go about implementing it into gpix? Thanks for your time.
