I made a program that is installed locally to computers and is a contained system, so I'm not worried about people hacking into it, etc. But what I need to do is enable php_pdflib from PHP. I am thinking the best way to do this is to execute a batch file from PHP and that batch file enables the extension and then restarts the server...
