Script that bring the background window to front when there is an update.

Hi!

 

anyone know or can help me to find a script.

 

When the particular window is in the background it will automatically bring to front when there is a new update. And when it is minimise, it will maximum if there is an update. Alternatively the minimize window will blink at the taskbar.
