Random startpoint of a scrollbar / page

Hi,

 

I want to let my scrollbar start at a random point when a page opens. I would like the page to load each visit somewhere else and always random like let's say one time more in the middle of the page and the other time more a the end of the page and an other time somewhere else. Someone in php-forum told me that this can by done by Javascript.
