Are there going to be any fundamental differences between css3 and 2? I'm asking because I decided to improve my skills and am not sure which one should I follow? Some of them have support for various CSS3 declarations most modern browsers support all CSS2 declarations, with the exception of IE which has decided not to support various declarations for their own reasons. But basically, focus on CSS2, and you will learn which ones work and don't work with the various IE versions, and if you read around on the net you will find various CSS3 declarations that do work on most browsers.
