php-cgi missing in windows

Hi,

I am new to Web development adn php world.

I have installed Apache and downloaded php. have placed the files extracted from php download in C:/php.

Also I hav configured php.ini file and configured Apache for php as given in the following url :http://www.thesitewizard.com/php/install-php-5-apache-windows.shtml

But i got page not found error on opening "http://localhost/test.php" in IE browser.

i hav placed test.php file in htdocs folder of my Apache server.

I cant find php-cgi file in C:/php. I guess that may be a problem. Please help me to make my php scripts work in my Apache server.
