I am trying to set up a suggestion form for my website.  When I test to see if the it works, I am not getting any error messages, but I never receive the email!  I have been working at this for 2 weeks and I cant get it to work.  My site is hosted by freehostia.com and the receipt email is through hotmail,  now when I do the test I do receive a confirmation email for the user who is submitting the suggestion  bellow is the form code....  and my contact.php is below that.
