I'm trying to install php on my dev machine, windows xp pro. i also have coldfusion installed on this machine. i have php installed as IIS FastCGI and i have followed the instructions found here: http://uk3.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.installer.msi.php i have created a folder here: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\testsite and within the test site dir i have created test.php with this on the page: <html> <head> <title>My First PHP Page</title> </head> <body> <?php echo "Hello World!"; ?> </body> </html> but when i view http://localhost/testsite/test.php all i get is the page cannot be displyed. Ive checked the .php is listed as an extention in IIS. what else can i try? thanks zac Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Gighalen Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 Have you checked the php.ini file to make sure document_root or whatever is pointing to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot?
