How do i Customize email function

Pls here's a scrip that i want to customize.

 

$to= "********@gmail.com";

$subject= "Resgistration completed";

$message= "

 

The message will come here.

 

mail($to, $subject, $message);

 

here's my problem :

 

Whenever the end user fills the form it show that the message comes from a server name like "server quality". I want customise it to something like "From : Besthosting.com", How do i do that.

$mail_sent = @mail( $to, $subject, $message, $headers );
