help with form submiting

ok im still new to php i have a form im trying to pass more then 4  variables to my mysql  i was just wondering. is there away to get around the 4 $_post cap ?

ok well i have a simple php form submit code but when it submits to the mysql database it stops a mail and mail ond on donot submit to the database
