aeroswat
I am developing a very large gaming community site and I want the best possible layout to meet all users environments (screen resolution, web browser, etc) I was wondering should I go with a liquid or fixed layout for my site? Also can anyone recommend a good piece of software for creating my layout? I always use notepad++ for everything and I'm interested in jumping to something possibly a little more visual. aeroswat
In addition to the above I have never used a framework before and I'm considering using one. Are there any recommendations for easy to use frameworks that will allow me to create layouts very similar to the one at www.gamebattles.com
aeroswat
I am currently experimenting with blueprint with an added liquid grid design support. Still would like advice on the matter though as there are tons of options out there.
JustLikeIcarus
I love the 960 Grid System http://960.gs/ As for building the layout I have found the best results always come from a simple text editor.
