no error reporting

I moved to ubuntu 9.10 and now I don't get any errors displayed for my php code.

I know it is not because I became the perfect coder

 

I tried to modify the ini.php in /etc/php5/apache2 but I still don't get any errors.

 

can someone post the error reporting part of his ini file ?

I would like to get all messages (warnings and errors)
